Service Description
This allows you to ask any questions you have about the Grief Recovery Method and for us to get to know one another before you decide if you will be comfortable working with me. All calls are strictly confidential and there is no obligation to commit until you are sure.
Cancellation Policy
a. There are NO refunds of fees for any cancellation of sessions. b. If the Client needs to reschedule, please notify your Coach at least 3 days before actual session. c. If the Client will be late for any scheduled session, please inform your Coach. d. If the Client is late by 30mins, the session is considered cancelled without prior notice. e. If the Client fails to show up, it will be considered as “No Show” paid session. f. If the Client is unwell to attend any session, please produce a medical certificate for verification. g. If Strengths For LYF needs to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, your Coach will arrange a replacement session, and inform the Client accordingly.
